“I knew you were a productivity consultant, but you’re also a coach?”

Yes!

What's the difference?

As your coach, I will guide you through the process of identifying the issues that need to be addressed in order to achieve your goals. I will listen attentively and help you gain clarity on how to make significant progress. Together, we will work towards finding solutions that are tailored to your needs.

As a consultant, I offer solutions that are designed to help you achieve your goals. I offer expert advice to help you solve the problems that you want to change. I take an active role in executing solutions that are tailored to your specific needs.

But what happens when you need both a coach and a consultant?

You've come to the right place, because I have the skills and experience to be both your coach and consultant, helping you unlock your inner power and make the impossible possible.

What You Desire

You’re a high-performing professional and the world needs your expertise. You work hard to achieve success in your career, and the world needs what you have to offer. You’re doing everything right… mostly.

The problem is, you’re constantly feeling one (or 20!) steps behind. The endless cycle of interruptions, emails, meetings, and unexpected curve balls make you feel stuck in a tangled mess of things that are stealing your time, energy, and focus.

No matter how hard you work, which strategies you try, or mindset you adopt, you keep coming up short of the level of success you want to achieve. Your vision stays just out of reach, and you often wonder, “Why isn’t this working?

You feel exhausted, discouraged, and quite frankly ashamed things are holding you back.

If you’re overwhelmed by all the systems, tools, and solutions that were supposed to organize your life, you’re not alone. No one is born knowing how to have it all together. It’s not even something we’re taught! But you shouldn’t stifle your potential by staying stuck in a cycle that simply doesn’t work.

What’s Holding You Back?

You are stuck in a cycle of inefficiency and distraction. You waste precious time, energy, and focus on things that don’t matter. You have tried different strategies and mindsets, but nothing seems to work for you.

How This Affects You:

You feel stressed, overwhelmed, inefficient, unproductive, stuck, disorganized, distracted, frustrated, ashamed.

You Deserve Better:

You don’t have to struggle like this. With coaching, you can optimize your performance and overcome any challenge.

COACHING CAN TRANSFORM YOUR WORK AND LIFE

It’s Your Time.

Now is the time to discover how you can work best, not how someone else told you to work. It’s time to unleash your potential, gain total control, and set yourself up for success.

Why You Need a Coach:

Many successful people hire coaches to help them reach their goals, why not you?
Because a coach can help you see things from a different perspective and break through the barriers that have been holding you back.

Sometimes, all you need is someone who will listen to your specific needs and challenges, and help you explore what is possible, in a safe and supportive process.

You are:

  • An entrepreneur or solopreneur
  • An employee of a corporation or association
  • Neither, I just want to be more productive and need someone to help me figure it out.

Coaching FAQs

What is the difference between Coaching and Consulting?

Answer: The biggest differences between coaching and consulting have to do with their functions and relationship to the organization, as outlined in the following definitions:

Coaching is partnering with a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the individual to maximize their personal and professional potential. The assumption is that individuals or teams are capable of generating their own solutions, with the coach supplying supportive, discovery-based approaches and frameworks.

Consulting is when an individual or organization retains a consultant for their subject-matter expertise. While consulting approaches vary widely, the assumption is that a consultant will diagnose problems, prescribe solutions, and sometimes, implement them.

There are a lot of people who call themself a coach. What makes you different?

Answer: Most individuals that self-declare themselves a coach, are really a consultant, because they are simply telling you what to do. This by definition is not a coaching relationship. A coach is someone who has completed a stringent coaching education, and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the core coaching competencies along with the experience that matches the standards of the coaching profession.

Why are coaching engagements 3 or 6 months at a time, and could last for years?

Answer: A coaching engagement is a relationship we co-create; a partnership we form to work toward your big goal, one topic at a time. We typically meet 3 times per month for 50 minutes each, with homework you complete between sessions. Many coaching clients prefer to continue in this capacity for years because they want the accountability the coaching relationship provides and the on-going support. From time to time, a coaching relationship may focus on topics in other areas the client wants to work on and explore.

How much does a coaching engagement cost?

Answer: Coaching services are paid in advance for either a 3 or 6 month coaching relationship at a flat fee for the time period selected.
