There’s a better way to work.
Let’s work on it together!
It takes a lot of systems and processes to keep a business running.
But most professionals were never taught how to create or use them to their fullest potential.
In fact, without the right training, these necessary tools can actually make your job harder, not to mention have a negative impact on productivity and profitability. That’s why Laura Leist uses her expertise to provide consulting services on the specific pain points in your business. Consulting FAQs
What do you mean by “sustainable organization and productivity?”
Answer: Solutions that are the opposite of a quick fix that will fizzle out. Rather, they’re practical solutions and tools you can easily maintain, front loaded to work for you long term. It means they’re solutions customized uniquely to the way you work and think, versus a cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all approach. They are sustainable because they are created with you, to dovetail into how you work and think, so you can easily maintain them. We’ll arrive at these super helpful solutions through our work together.
Can you do a productivity audit for our team?
Answer: Yes. The audit phase begins by meeting together to review your current systems and processes so we can determine what is working, and what isn't. We’ll then discuss where you want to go in the future, so we can determine your list of requirements that I will address in the recommendations I provide.
I’ve tried a lot of different productivity solutions. What makes yours different?
Answer: We don't subscribe to rigid processes or methodology as many consultants often do. We develop a completely customized-to-you solution, based on the way you think, work, and process information. We know a one-size-fits-all approach actually only “fits” a few - or one. That’s why we don't make our recommendations based solely on the latest productivity fad, or the tool with the largest brand recognition. Rather, we base our solutions on decades of experience working in this space, determining the tools that will best support your unique work and team - for today and for the long haul.
But is my business REALLY disorganized? Can you help me?
Answer: Yes! And trust me, I’ve already seen it all. Going into this process, it’s important to know that change takes time, dedication, and sometimes a substantial budget - but you’ll definitely get that investment back in your ROI.
Am I going to have to revamp all of my systems and processes?
Answer: Probably not. But maybe. In most cases, an organization’s primary problem isn't that their system or process is broken, it’s that they don’t have one in place at all! Obviously there are some exceptions, but we’ll work with you to determine what is functioning well for you and work from there. (Because why spend time and money to replace something that already works?)
